Aayusofttech provides web, app, and software development services. Each project is governed by a specific "Scope of Work" document. Any features or changes requested outside this scope may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, the client owns the rights to the final custom software or website built specifically for them. However, Aayusofttech retains rights to internal libraries, pre-existing code, and general development methodologies used during the build.

Projects typically require an upfront deposit to commence work. Installment payments are tied to specific milestones. Aayusofttech reserves the right to pause development if payments are delayed beyond the agreed schedule.
Liability Disclaimer
While we strive for perfection, Aayusofttech is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions once the project has been handed over and approved by the client.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu.
